SPEEDWORKS MAIDEN TEST

Friday 29th January sees Speedworks regular Tony Hughes putting his G50 through its paces for its maiden test after its return from the States. Also testing the car for the first time with Tony is his team mate from Le Mans Legends Race, Mark Butterworth, aka Skip. Mark and Tony raced an Allard at Le Mans in 2009.

This is the first test of Tonys intensive testing schedule ahead of the season which starts at Thruxton on the beginning of April.

SPEEDWORKS CONFIRMS HERITAGE TOURING CAR ENTRY

Speedworks regular Neil Merry had confirmed that he will be running his impressive 1973 Corvette in the Heritage Touring Car series for 2010. The Corvette will be driven by owner driver Neil Merry and Speedworks Team Principle Christian Dick will be sharing the driving. The calender will be taking them all over the country and the first meeting will be at Silverstone on 17th - 18th April.
